moisturizing mask

I don't think gold is best in a rinse-off mask. One of the advantages of gold is that it is an antioxidant but it's also... sparkly. So I think it's better in products that would stay on your skin so you get the luminizing effect too.

But the mask is cool-looking with the gold, and it's very gentle and moisturizing. Feels luxurious to apply. Best for dry skin. If you have combination skin -- it is awesome to use this mask on the dry parts like cheeks, and "multi-mask" with a different pore-cleansing mask on oily parts.

Good results

5-star worthy. Here are some highlights:
- does not dry the skin, does leave it feeling clean and pure
- dries quickly
- nice color; not as "gold" as I was expecting and does not leave glitter (you won't look like the Bond girl in Goldfinger)
- does not leave any sticky residue
- does not hurt hair when removing
- packaging is functional for the purpose
- overall, a great product

Gold Face!

Not only does my skin feel amazing after using this but I love the shimmer left behind. I feel like I'm glowing.

Moisturizes But I Can't Tell That It Cleaned Any Pores

Maybe the only purpose of this mask is to hydrate, but I prefer a mask that both hydrates and does a deep cleaning on my pores. This does hydrate rather well but I'm not sure it's doing all that much more than the products that I'm hydrating with after cleansing. The gold is a nice gimmick and looks kind of shiny for a little while until it sinks in . I don't know if that is beneficial but I know that silver is, so I'm thinking that gold too may be helpful.

The tube is kind of small but I didn't really need a whole lot of fully cover my face.

Bottom line: okay for some extra hydration but doesn't seem to do much for cleaning the pores.

Not for everyone

My husband use it without problems, but I had really bad irritation right after I apply it on my cheek for only five seconds.
