We have an extensive list of ingredients that we will never put in our products for health and safety reasons. We are constantly adding to that list as new data and research come out about more ingredients. All our products are dermatologist tested, cruelty free, and follow all FDA requirements. That being said, we cannot guarantee that our customers will not have a reaction to our products. You know your skin best. You know when it’s changing and if it's sensitive, so if you believe something might cause a reaction, we recommend doing a patch test every time you use our products (or any other skin care, for that matter!)
Q: What is a patch test?
A: A process to detect whether your skin will have an allergic reaction to a product upon application.
A: Allergies can cause anything from redness to swelling, or worse. By performing a patch test on a small area of skin, you can see how your skin tolerates a product before committing to using the product over a larger or more visible area.Q: How do I patch test a no-slip hydrogel?
A: Place on an inconspicuous area of your body (we suggest for example, the inside of your arm, elbow crease, etc). Leave on for 20 minutes. Then remove the patch and place back on the backer card that comes with the product. If after 20 minutes all is clear, use the patch immediately on the targeted area.
Q: What do I do if I have a reaction to a product?
A: If you react to the product, wash it off as soon as possible and stop using it. A cool compress or petroleum jelly can help to relieve the skin if needed. If your reaction is extreme, we recommend contacting an appropriate medical professional.
For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. For external use only. Use only as directed. Not to be used on peeling or irritated skin. Discontinue use if signs of irritation occur. Consult a physician if irritation continues.
